This beautiful dress has a black velvet bodice with a square neck and floating gold and black lace cap sleeves. The gathered skirt is black with vertical thin lines of gold and silver lurex. The dress has a side zip and is fully lined.  Ideal as a party dress. Also included is a small clutch bag in matching fabric.
Chest 63.5cms, 25ins. Waist 61 cms, 24 ins. Length from shoulder to hem is 60cms, 23.5 ins
Fabric: cotton velvet (bodice) 98% viscose 2% lurex (skirt) lace (cap sleeves) lining is polyester.
Washing: Very gentle cool hand wash and put on coat hanger to dry. Iron on reverse with setting on wool/silk then lightly brush with clean clothes brush to restore the pile. Do NOT dry clean.
