A lovely deep turquoise colour with an unusual hand printed Japanese silky feel fabric on the bodice. The turquoise cotton sleeves and gathered skirt have scalloped hems like gentle waves. The elbow length sleeves can be turned up so that the wavy edge forms cuffs.
The dress has French seams, a round neck with ties and a small bow at the front. You can almost hear the gentle waves lapping on the edge of the lagoon!
Chest 25 ins, 63.5 cms, Length from shoulder seam to skirt hem is 23.5 ins 60 cms.
Sleeve length from shoulder 9 ins, 23 cms.
Waist is below the line of the gathers on the skirt.
The fabric. Bodice is 100% acetate crepe, rest of dress is 100% cotton.
Washing. Hand wash separately in warm water due to hand printed bodice, warm iron.
