This is a gorgeous electric blue party skirt. The skirt is made in a crushed polyester taffeta fabric which has a lovely sheen. The waistband is in the same fabric and there is an invisible zip at the back. A unique designer skirt that is not available in any department store.
 
The skirt measures 24”/61 cm around the waist and the length is 17.5”/44.5 cm. As a guide, generally a knee length skirt for age 7 is 15.5”/39.5 cm and for age 8 it’s 17”//43.2 cm, so the blue skirt is below the knee.
Fabric: 100% polyester. 
Washing: gentle handwash in soapy cold water, hang to air dry. No iron required.
